Alamanda Research in Management (ARiM) is a fully open access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality research across the management and organizational disciplines (see Aims & Scope for details). The journal bridges research and practice by publishing evidence that helps organizations make better decisions and improve performance, governance, and sustainability across diverse sectors.
ARiM welcomes English-language empirical studies using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-method designs, including well-executed replication studies that strengthen the evidence base. In addition, the journal considers systematic literature reviews (SLRs) that demonstrate a clear contribution, transparent review procedures, and robust methodology. The journal covers, but is not limited to, human resource management, marketing, finance, operations, and strategic management, and welcomes research conducted in private-sector firms as well as public and nonprofit organizations.
Manuscripts are evaluated through a single-anonymized peer review process, with an emphasis on clear research relevance, solid theoretical grounding, methodological integrity, transparency, and meaningful implications for both research and practice.
