Document Authentication and Verification

PT Usaha Mulia Digital Indonesia is committed to maintaining the authenticity, integrity, and traceability of all official documents issued under its name, including documents related to Alamanda: Research in Management (ARiM).

All official documents issued by PT Usaha Mulia Digital Indonesia, including but not limited to Letters of Acceptance (LoA), journal articles, certificates, editorial documents, and other publication-related documents, are expected to contain a QR Code and/or a verification code.

The QR Code and verification code are used to verify the document metadata through the UMDI Authentication Registry. Users can verify a document by scanning the QR Code or entering the available verification code at:

How to Verify a Document

  1. Scan the QR Code printed on the document, or enter the verification code manually at the UMDI Authentication Registry.
  2. Check the metadata displayed in the registry, including the document title, document type, author or recipient name, journal name, issue information, and other relevant details.
  3. Ensure that the metadata displayed in the registry matches the information printed on the document.

Important Notice

If a document does not contain either a QR Code or a verification code, PT Usaha Mulia Digital Indonesia does not guarantee the authenticity of the document and cannot be held responsible for its content.

Any discrepancy between the information displayed in the UMDI Authentication Registry and the information printed on the document should be treated seriously. Users are advised not to rely on documents that cannot be verified through the official registry.

Purpose of Verification

This verification mechanism is provided to prevent document falsification, unauthorized use of institutional identity, and misuse of documents issued under the name of PT Usaha Mulia Digital Indonesia or Alamanda: Research in Management (ARiM).
