Alamanda Research in Management (ARiM) is a fully open access journal. All articles are made immediately and permanently available online upon publication, without any subscription or payment barriers.

ARiM does not charge readers, libraries, or institutions for access. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles, and to use them for any lawful purpose, in accordance with the terms of the journal’s license.

All content is published under the journal’s Copyright & Licensing policy (see the license statement for reuse terms). ARiM applies no embargo period to its open access content.
