How to Submit (via OJS)

All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system (OJS).

Step 1 — Create an account (if you do not have one)
Register for an account on the journal website and complete your profile (name, affiliation, country, email, and login details).

Step 2 — Log in (if you already have an account)
Log in using your existing username and password.

Step 3 — Start a new submission
From your user dashboard, select "Start A New Submission" and complete the submission steps. You will be asked to:

  • confirm that the submission meets the journal’s requirements,
  • upload the required files,
  • enter the manuscript metadata (title, abstract, keywords, author details), and
  • confirm and finalize the submission.

Step 4 — Submission confirmation
After successful submission, the corresponding author will receive an automated confirmation email. Authors may track the manuscript status via the OJS dashboard.


Submission Checklist (before you click “Submit”)

Before submitting, please ensure that:

Scope and article type

  • The manuscript fits the journal’s Aims & Scope and is submitted as the correct article type (Empirical Article or SLR).
  • The work is original and is not under consideration elsewhere.

Manuscript Format

  • Please ensure that your manuscript follows the specified format (see the Manuscript Format section).

Files are complete

  • Main manuscript file is in .doc/.docx format and follows the required structure.
  • Tables are uploaded as a separate Word file (one table per page).
  • Figures are uploaded as separate image files (.JPG or .PNG), with consistent numbering and captions.
  • Appendices are uploaded as a separate Word file (if any).

Required statements are included

  • The manuscript contains the required Author Declarations (ethics, competing interests, funding, data availability, CRediT contributions, AI-use disclosure, etc.), using “None/Not applicable” where appropriate.

Metadata is accurate

  • Title, abstract, keywords, and author information (affiliations, ORCID iD, corresponding author email) are complete and consistent with the manuscript.

Preprint disclosure (if applicable)

  • If a preprint exists, the DOI/URL is disclosed at submission.

Submissions that do not comply with these requirements may be returned for correction or desk-rejected during editorial screening stage.
